The Simple Version
We collect the information we need to run our AI content engine and make it better. We don't sell your data to anyone. We use industry-standard security to protect it. You can ask us to delete your data anytime.

What Information We Collect
Information You Give Us Directly
When you sign up or use Averi, you provide:
Your name and email address
Company name and website
Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider)
Brand information, content, and other materials you create or upload in our platform
Messages you send to our support team
Information We Collect Automatically
When you use our service, we collect:
How you use our platform (which features you click, pages you visit)
Your device type and browser
Your IP address and general location (city/country level)
Performance data (how fast pages load, any errors you encounter)
Information from Google Services
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website and platform. This service collects:
Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
How you found our site (search engine, direct visit, referral)
Your device type, browser, and screen size
General location (country and city)
Google Analytics does not identify you personally. We use this information to improve our service and understand what's working and what isn't.
Google OAuth (Sign-in with Google)
If you choose to sign in using your Google account:
We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google
We use this only to create and authenticate your Averi account
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google services unless you explicitly connect them
Google Workspace Integration
If you choose to connect Google Workspace tools to Averi:
Google Docs: We access only the documents you specifically select, solely to import content into Averi for use within our platform
Google Drive: We access only the folders and files you explicitly grant permission to access, solely to retrieve content you choose to use in Averi
Gmail: If you connect Gmail, we access only the data necessary to help you draft and send emails using content created in Averi. We do not read, scan, or store the contents of your inbox beyond what is required to provide the specific feature you initiated
Google Search Console: If you connect Google Search Console, we access your search performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, position data) solely to power Averi's analytics and content optimization features
You control these permissions and can revoke them anytime through your Google account settings or within your Averi account settings.
Google User Data — Limited Use Disclosure
Averi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
We only use Google user data to provide and improve Averi's user-facing features. This means powering the content creation, analytics, publishing, and optimization features you interact with directly inside Averi.
We do not use Google user data for any of the following purposes:
Serving, targeting, or personalizing advertisements (including retargeted or interest-based ads)
Selling data to third parties or data brokers
Providing data to information resellers
Determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes
Building or supplementing user profiles for advertising purposes
Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models unrelated to providing Averi's user-facing features
Any other purpose unrelated to providing or improving Averi's core functionality
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except:
As necessary for our service providers to help us operate Averi (e.g., cloud hosting), subject to contractual obligations to protect such data
As required by applicable law
As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to affected users
No human reads your Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent for a specific interaction (such as a customer support request you initiated), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law.
Information from Other Services You Connect
If you connect other tools to Averi (like your content management system, social media accounts, or analytics platforms), we access only the information you authorize us to access. This typically includes:
Content from your connected platforms
Publishing permissions to distribute content you create in Averi
Analytics data to track how your content performs

How We Store and Protect Your Information
Security Measures
We take security seriously and use industry-standard practices:
All data transmitted between you and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
Your passwords are hashed and salted (not stored in plain text)

We limit employee access to your data on a need-to-know basis

Access to Google user data is restricted to employees and contractors who need it to provide or improve Averi's services, subject to confidentiality obligations
Where We Store Your Data
Your information is stored on secure servers in the United States. We use cloud hosting providers that comply with industry security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
How Long We Keep Your Data
Active account data: We keep this as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you with our services
After you close your account: We delete most of your data, including Google user data, within 90 days
Legal retention: Some information (like transaction records) we keep longer as required by law for legal and tax reasons
Immediate deletion: You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at cs@averi.ai. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
Who We Share Your Information With
We Don't Sell Your Data
We will never sell your personal information to anyone. Period. This explicitly includes Google user data — we do not and will not sell Google user data to any third party, data broker, or information reseller.
Service Providers We Work With
We share limited information with companies that help us run Averi:
Cloud hosting providers (to store your data)
Payment processors (to handle your payments securely)
Email service providers (to send you messages)
Analytics tools (to understand how our service is used)
Customer support tools (to help answer your questions)
These companies are required by contract to protect your information and can only use it to provide services to us. They may not use your information — including any Google user data — for their own purposes or for any purpose unrelated to providing services to Averi.
When Required by Law
We may disclose your information if:
Required by a valid legal request (subpoena, court order)
Necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public
Needed to prevent fraud or security issues
Business Transfers
If Averi is acquired by or merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners. We'll notify you before this happens and give you the opportunity to delete your account and data before the transfer takes effect.

Managing Your Information
You can:
Update your account information anytime in your account settings
Download your data by requesting an export from us
Delete your account in your account settings or by emailing cs@averi.ai
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email
Revoking Connected Services
You can disconnect any service you've linked to Averi at any time:
Google services: Revoke access in your Google account settings or within your Averi account settings
Other integrations: Disconnect them in your Averi account settings
When you revoke access to a connected service, we stop collecting new data from that service. Data previously imported into Averi (such as content you chose to bring into your workspace) will remain in your account unless you request its deletion.

Children's Privacy
Averi is not intended for anyone under 18 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we've collected a child's information, we'll delete it immediately.

International Users
Averi is based in the United States. If you use our service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US.
By using Averi, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US. We take steps to ensure your information is protected regardless of where it's processed.
